Warranty declined but not explained First off, I didn't buy my truck from Luther, which is why I feel like I was treated poorly. I Brought my brand truck in for paint damage after only First off, I didn't buy my truck from Luther, which is why I feel like I was treated poorly. I Brought my brand truck in for paint damage after only 1200 miles on Monday. Was hoping to get it fixed for the week because I was out of town. The person who booked my appointment didn't take any notes so I had to explain the problem multiple times with pushback every time. The end result was a declined warranty claim due to natural rock chips only after 1200 miles... no one could explain how rock chips could happen behind the wheel well on the door seam.... the service manager at least treated me with respect and filed a complaint with chevy, but by that time it was friday... the dealer I bought the truck from (cold spring) took care of me because they don't have ignorant, rude service employees who realize a brand new truck shouldn't do this More

Kevin and the guys are always great to deal with. .The repairs were done in a timley manner and everything was communicated thru the process. Sensor Paul McDonald and his service team went over and beyond to help me out. I was coming from the twin cities and was having issues with my my new 2018 G Paul McDonald and his service team went over and beyond to help me out. I was coming from the twin cities and was having issues with my my new 2018 GMC Diesel. They were swamped and the bays were all full. Paul came to the rescue and free’d up a Bay and was able To get me in and out in a matter of 30 min! He knew I had to be in grand forks in 2 hours and he was very willing to make that happen. I cannot thank he and his service staff enough. What an awesome service department!!! The service tech was very friendly and professional also. Explained what he performed and how to fix if it if it acted up again. Who does that anymore?? Very impressed with this team and I hope they are praised for awesome service!! Brad More
