Repaired a CV joint boot Repaired CV joint boot that was repaired 8 months prior by same service center. Shouldn’t in my opinion failed, but did and was still under the 1 year Repaired CV joint boot that was repaired 8 months prior by same service center. Shouldn’t in my opinion failed, but did and was still under the 1 year unlimited mileage warranty and I do appreciate that it was repaired at no cost, but what if I didn’t notice that it failed until after the one year warranty was up. More

Great experience! Courtesy drivers are prompt and friendly t I drove over a nail and wobbled into the service center where I was promptly scheduled for a tire patch then directed to the lounge to wait for a cour I drove over a nail and wobbled into the service center where I was promptly scheduled for a tire patch then directed to the lounge to wait for a courtesy ride to work. The driver had two passengers already but welcomed me to join them so I wouldn't have to wait. I made it to my meeting on time and all was well. The only complaint I have is that a brand new Buick Envision comes with tires so soft they're worn out before the car is a year old! Disgusting fact, but Luther's service makes up for it. More
