Service department I’m am writing this review to let everyone know the poor level of customer service that I experienced in dealing with this service department. My vehi I’m am writing this review to let everyone know the poor level of customer service that I experienced in dealing with this service department. My vehicle was brought in with a check engine light it was there for two weeks and when I picked it up the check engine light came back on before I left the parking lot. I was informed by the service manager Frank that I should bring my vehicle back on Monday. I brought my vehicle back on October 8th I was told by Scarlet that “Well Frank ain’t here and you gonna have to bring it back Friday” I was shocked I thought her job was to help the customer yet I was dismissed so abruptly. I went over to another rep and decided to try my luck I explained my situation and she walked away saying that she was going to get someone named Kevin. I sat there for about 20 minutes she never came back. Anyway long story short my vehicle stayed another week I was told problem solved picked up my vehicle yesterday and the light came back on. I called and Kayla had me on hold for about 20 mins and then hung up. Not surprised both her and scarlet are the most disrespectful people I have met in my whole life. I brought my car back there because they received payment both times and my issue has yet to be resolved. When I walked in Kayla took one look at me rolled her eyes and said “ don’t come over here go to Yasmin” Yasmin checked my car in and explained to me what would happen once she gets the technician to look at the vehicle. I’m not a difficult person but the way I was treated was wrong I’m not at all happy and I’m going to write this review all over. Those girls need to not interact with customers they are ridiculously rude. More
