Clean, Lots of employees; took from 9am to 130. My financing wasn't good enough so I had to wait for them to pitch me on their financing and they were not in a hurry to do it. Average service, no water offered. I was just shown an expensive vending machine and had to buy a water. Not to mention I had to wait out all in the open floor the whole time, or I could outside. My son and I went window shopping on Sunday for cars. We found this VW Jetta with a manual transmission. So we knew what we wanted when we showed up at the dealership on Monday. We didn't need a "salesman" we needed someone to guide us through the purchase process. He did just that. Helping us with financing, a test drive and I formation on this particular vehicle. Everything was accomplished with efficiency and transparency. No last.minute snags, extra sales jobs or pressure. We got the vehicle we wanted and the price and payment we wanted. Kevin is very knowledgeable about motor vehicles in general and listened to us and our needs. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to my friends and family. More
