I just purchased a pre-owned Four Runner from Gateway Subaru. It was an excellent experience. I contacted Kevin Miller, sales, for information on the car. Kevin responded back and I asked for more inf Subaru. It was an excellent experience. I contacted Kevin Miller, sales, for information on the car. Kevin responded back and I asked for more information about the vehicle since I was about 4 hours away. Kevin put the vehicle up on the rack and sent me pictures of the undercarriage. He even took it for a test drive for me and provided feedback. I told Kevin I was very interested, but could not make it there for a few days. He agreed to hold it for me. When I arrived I was very pleased. His representation of the condition of the vehicle was spot on. the Four Runner was in great condition. I bought it. It was about $1,500-2,000 less than others I had seen in the VA. Great dealership, great salesman. I highly recommend. More

This is the 3rd Vehicle I have purchased from Gateway Subaru. All 3 times the sales person who waited on me was friendly and knowledgeable about vehicles in their dealership. Kevin fit right into the mold of other sales personell. He took time to explain all the new features inside the car and when finished gave a quick quiz to see if we understood. He cared enough to make sure we understood the new features on this car. Overall I am extremely satisfied with Kevin's expertise in the vehicle I purchased. Price was extremely fair and if I am to purchase another vehicle rest assured it will be from Gateway Subaru. 5 stars for this sales person and dealership. More

From the parking lot to the showroom, it was obvious that Gateway puts forth the extra effort to present a clean, well organized, and welcoming experience.
