Kevin went above and beyond to ensure we understood all the important features of the vehicle, he even paired our phone for us. Kevin also took it upon himself to mark the pages of the owners manuals to ensure we could easily find and access the important features of the car. Kevin also showed us the service bays and informed us of how you enter the building if you need service. Zach was great to deal with as well. Overall I would rate them a 10 out of 10. This is our 1st Subaru but not our last. More

It was the breath of fresh air we needed since we were stressed out from a recent accident with our Jeep Grand Cherokee that was declared a total loss. The 2019 Subaru Forester speaks for itself but to get the one you want and at the price you want, without the back and forth price shenanigans that goes on at other dealerships, Gateway Subaru is the place to go. Kevin was professional, knowledgeable, and considerate during the entire process. I cannot speak for the other dealers at Gateway but I would bet that customer service is their # 1 priority. More

I wanted customized color, style, pac I called Gateway Subaru looking for the Forester that I built online. I had specific specs for "my dream car." I wanted customized color, style, packages & options. I also needed the car in 5 days. Steve worked tirelessly to meet my needs. Turns out they had a Forester with what I desired but it also had an upgraded package. Steve was able to get me a great prices for that car and I ended up having to spend @400 extra to get a premium package that was worth much more. There was no pressure, lengthy sales pitch and the process was streamlined. I highly recommend Steve. More
