Brought vehicle in for check engine light, AC always on issue and squeaking drivers door. Check engine light was an emissions issue, AC issue they couldn’t figure out but they replaced a cabin filter and issue and squeaking drivers door. I asked what code was for the check engine light and what lubricant was used on door. They advised of a some P code and just a lubricant was used. Didn’t give me specifics. Vehicle has extended warranty and I was told nothing was covered. Picked up vehicle and still got the brushing off of my lubricant and P code questions. Luckily p code was on receipt and basically advised of lithium spray. I paid for the service but concerned as I didn’t feel I trusted them. Research my extended warranty and called flexcare. Flexcare advised emissions was covered. Submitted receipt and received a check covering the emissions portion of service. I went back to speak with service manager as I didn’t understand why they charged me for emissions portion and why cabin filter was changed when it has nothing to do with AC issue. Kevin apologized for emissions and wanted vehicle back for the AC issue to try to resolve. Advised he would contact me when loaner was available as their main tech would be back the following week. Was hoping to get a refund on cabin filter but no refund. A week has gone by and no return call Disappointed as I value trust more than $$ and I didn’t feel like a valued customer. 1st time this happened, past experiences were fine. More

The computer system in my Jeep has never worked since the day I leased it. The dealership has had the car in the shop multiple times, anywhere from two weeks to over a month at a time, and the issue is still day I leased it. The dealership has had the car in the shop multiple times, anywhere from two weeks to over a month at a time, and the issue is still unresolved. Instead of taking responsibility, they constantly ping-pong us back and forth with corporate and have done nothing to help with the lemon car they leased to us. My husband has been incredibly patient dealing with them, but the vehicle is in my name and I am done waiting. The lack of accountability and customer service from this dealership is shocking. I am now pursuing legal action, filing a complaint with the Attorney General’s office, and making sure others know how poorly I’ve been treated. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, do not purchase or lease a vehicle from this dealership. More

I dropped my vehicle off to have the oil pump changed. While thier service department had possession of my vehicle it was damaged. The service department parked my vehicle outside and it was hit. They said because they were unable to get a plate number from the vehicle that hit my vehicle they were not responsible and I would have to go thru my insurance to repair the damage. So a $2000 repair for an oli pump now turned into a extra $700 dollars out of my pocket for damage caused by their carelessness in parking my vehicle where it can be damaged. I have never had an issue with this dealership before this but after this I can not in good faith take any of my vehicles back here because of their lack of responsibility and accountability while my vehicle is in their service department possession. I will be taking my vehicles to another Dodge Jeep Ram dealer who has a dedicated service department parking area for their clients vehicles where they can not be damaged. If you have to leave your vehicle overnight for repairs DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO EXECUTIVE DODGE JEEP RAM IN WALLINGFORD. THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU BUT I WILL, THEY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO YOUR VEHICLE WHILE IN THEIR POSSESSION UNLESS THEIR TECH DAMAGED THE CAR. SO LEAVE IT WITH THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK. THERE ARE MANY OTHER DODGE JEEP AND RAM DEALERS WHO WILL TREAT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR VEHICLE AND ACCOUNTABE FOR ANY DAMAGED CAUSED WHILE IN THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENTS POSSESSION. Dan made sure to listen to the issue of the vehicle and was patient enough to figure it out until it was completely resolved. The issue was extremely difficult to diagnose. Dealership was attentive to my needs, but the overall customer satisfaction experience wasn’t what I felt it should be. I had mentioned my dissatisfaction on the company voice mail, and received no fo customer satisfaction experience wasn’t what I felt it should be. I brought my vehicle back due to poor workmanship of the installation and symptoms of the initial reason I brought the vehicle in within 2 weeks. The follow up was not timely initially but did get better after a few in person visits. Satisfaction rating would be below average . More
