I found Kevin Proo to be outstanding. He tried everything in his power to make sure I had a good experience. Not the fault of Kevin, one thing I did not like was the added on expenses tac He tried everything in his power to make sure I had a good experience. Not the fault of Kevin, one thing I did not like was the added on expenses tacked onto the final bill... things like parts disposal. This should all be included in the advertised price. Since those items were not included, it makes the advertised price look more attractive when it really was not much better than your competitors. Germain gets as sad face for that one. Also, I would have appreciated interaction with the service tech. He/She could have answered some questions I had. More
