This was my first scheduled appointment with Southern Acura and it was quite pleasant. My TL was taken back as soon as I drove up and the mechanic kept me informed of the progress. It didn't take long, less than an hour to get a new key fib programmed. I had the complimentary wash at the conclusion of the job. Jessica at the parts counter was also a great help for several other parts. All around great experience and no one acted stuck up! More
