No pressure, relaxed experience. I had been looking for a new Jeep for some time, and had already visited other dealerships in the area. I had not had an opportunity to visit Videon u I had been looking for a new Jeep for some time, and had already visited other dealerships in the area. I had not had an opportunity to visit Videon until I expanded my local search. When I did contact Videon via phone, I was put in touch with Kevin to check if a specific Jeep was in stock. I paid the dealership a visit that afternoon and test drove the vehicle, but decided it was not exactly what I was looking for. Kevin did not apply any pressure or sales tactics, and I went home for the day. Within the next week I was looking again at the Videon web site and noticed another Jeep had arrived that was a better match for my needs. I visited the dealership the following week and met Kevin, who once again was relaxed and applied no pressure. On this second visit I decided to purchase the vehicle and the process to receive a price quote was straight forward. I could not take delivery of the Jeep until the following day, and there was accommodations made accordingly. The final process of completing the paperwork with the finance manager was very thorough, and yet expedient. I would definitely recommend Kevin at Videon sales due to his attitude and professionalism. More
