I have to say it was a good experience. I have used Videon for service for many years, but this is my first purchase. It was quick, easy and very professional. Took the vehicle back to m I have used Videon for service for many years, but this is my first purchase. It was quick, easy and very professional. Took the vehicle back to my home to see if it would fit in the garage. It helps to look at a car in your driveway to see if it is the right one. I don't like test drives with a salesperson in the back seat, much better this way. My only negative with Videon is the time it takes to get into service, hopefully that goes back to normal with Covid going away. Service dept is excellent otherwise. More
