Service staff to my surprise greeted me by my name as soon as he approached my car. Assisted with shuttle service. Driver Larry was awesome too! I had full confidence that he would be careful with my car and when he dropped it off, he fully sanitized areas in my car that he may have touched . I'd recommend this service. More

Great service everytime. Identified worn battery before it became a problem. Really appreciate the pickup service. Excellent Service!! My 2012 Toyota RAV4 was picked up by Misha Supica and taken in for service to Rudy Luther Toyota. All I had to do was handover the keys! Kevin Rudi a My 2012 Toyota RAV4 was picked up by Misha Supica and taken in for service to Rudy Luther Toyota. All I had to do was handover the keys! Kevin Rudi at Toyota was my service manager and communicated with me and kept me informed as to the status of my vehicle. When the work was completed, I received my invoice and paid online. Misha returned my car to my driveway within 20 minutes of service completion and was very friendly and helpful. The oil change, tire rotation and complimentary car wash were all completed and he sanitized the interior of my vehicle AND my car keys before handing them back to me! Excellent service!! More

These guys are the best - Starting with Jeremy, who helped me select new tires in the past year. I'd never had traction in the snow since getting my 07 Prius, and going through 4 sets of tires. This wi helped me select new tires in the past year. I'd never had traction in the snow since getting my 07 Prius, and going through 4 sets of tires. This winter, I was happy. Then this week, Kevin had his guys perform a 120K checkup, found a couple of bulbs to replace, along with the normal things in the inspection, and a linkage issue that's getting bad but could wait for another service. It wasn't a dangerous situation. The best part of the service day was when Misha arrived at 7:30 to pick up the car to take it to the dealership. It's covid-time, and he was wearing a mask. Better yet, when he returned the car to me this afternoon, he made sure to use several antibacterial wipes to clean off the steering wheel, dash, and other miscellaneous areas that had been touched during the service. Didn't get it right at first but came through the 2nd time! Our 2008 Toyota Highlander had a DOT bulletin for the ABS system failing. However, our local mechanic erased the codes required to complete the repair Our 2008 Toyota Highlander had a DOT bulletin for the ABS system failing. However, our local mechanic erased the codes required to complete the repair. The service department couldn't duplicate the ABS failure or fault codes keeping the SUV for several days. A few months later, the ABS started failing again and this time I was driving the Highlander. Not much fun, especially on off-ramps. Brought the SUV back to Rudy Luther and explained the situation. The service Ryan went through the bulletin to make sure we were still eligible for the repairs and then drove the SUV around the dealership. The brakes failed on him and he also said it wasn't a good experience. The accumulator and another part were replaced and now all's well. More
