They really do make you feel like family, quick service always met with a smile, and expectations are always exceeded! I requested the shuttle service when I made the appointment, but when I arrived, no one knew that I had requested it. I had to wait about 20 minutes before I was taken to work, which made me late t appointment, but when I arrived, no one knew that I had requested it. I had to wait about 20 minutes before I was taken to work, which made me late to work. When I was informed my vehicle was ready, I reminded them I needed a pickup shuttle. When I got off work, no one was there to pick me up, so I had to call again and waited for another 15 minutes before I was taken back to the dealership. This service is offered by the dealership and needs to be improved upon because I don’t have anyone close enough to take me and I don’t feel it is right to ask my coworkers. More
