What an amazing place and staff!!! About 8 months ago I was searching for a new car and after going to about five different dealerships I finally stopped at Mike Murphy and I'm so glad About 8 months ago I was searching for a new car and after going to about five different dealerships I finally stopped at Mike Murphy and I'm so glad that I did. While watching TV the other night I seen a commercial for rebates on New Ford F-150 trucks and immediately I got onto my computer and looked at what Mike Murphy Ford had to offer, and the rebates that they had about blew my mind away. When you go to Mike Murphy it isn't like any other dealership where its just a numbers game and you never see the owner. Mike makes it a point to walk through his store and personally greet and talk to every one of his customers to make sure that they are getting the best experience possible. My sales man Kevin is one of the best in the business and has such a friendly and outgoing personality. Kevin goes out of his way to make sure everything is perfect and that he gets you into the right vehicle. After buying a vehicle Kevin makes sure that everything is setup for you and that you are absolutely satisfied before leaving, and also does a follow up call a few days later. Even when I go into get oil changes Kevin is there making sure that everything is going smooth. I generally don't refer people to places because everyone has different experiences, But I will refer anyone I can to Mike Murphy and ask for Kevin. Alicia Mike's sales manager is also such an amazing person. She makes sure to find the best financing and interest rate possible before sealing the deal on your new ride. I just want to say thanks again to Mike Murphy and his team for another wonderful experience. To anyone looking for a vehicle I would highly recommend stopping by Mike Murphy Ford and when you get there ask for Kevin and don't forget to say hi to Alicia. More
