Hello, my name is Kevin Withers Service Adviser for Germain Honda of Dublin. I have been in the automotive industry since 2002 joining the Honda of Dublin team in 2012. I have completed the Honda Service training and believe it is important to treat and take care of our customer’s right the first time. Born and raised in Columbus, OH I graduated from Whitehall Yearling High School and Eastland Career Center. When I am away from the dealership I enjoy the outdoors, working on my house and yard as well as spending time with my daughter Madison. Plenty to keep me busy.

Kevin Withers was great in starting my oil change on time at 6 am and getting me completed within an hour. I went in the lobby watched tv and had a double espresso they offer and right when I settled in they at 6 am and getting me completed within an hour. Due to COVID-19 and our age, the service department picked up and returned our car to us , keeping us safe. The customer service in the service department provided by all the people I spoke with was picked up and returned our car to us , keeping us safe. I purchased my first Honda from Germain Dublin...I still have the car. Germain's Service Dept. has kept it running well. I can stop in anytime for a check up ..for any reason (and I do)! Thanks for taking care of my 2012 Honda Pilot. It was towed to the service center & the next day by 8am , I was getting called . Car was fixed & back home by 4:30. Kevin Withers in the service department always goes above and beyond to make sure my Honda gets the care it needs. He understands that your vehicle care needs to work within your budget.
