My name is Jennifer Hess, I’m a Service Advisor here at Germain Honda of Dublin. I’m happy to have joined the Germain team in May of 2015. Prior to working in the automotive industry I supervised over dietary aides and dealt with family members directly. This helped me develop skills that I need to better assist our guest to help provide a quality experience. As long as our guest are happy, I’m happy. Born and raised in Columbus, OH I find that there are many things to do here and places to visit. We are lucky to have the Columbus Zoo not to mention several malls. After graduating from Westerville South HS I graduated from Fortis College. My two-year-old son is my world! My favorite thing is being a mommy! If I am not at work, I'm usually at the nearest park or ice cream spot with my son, Brennan. I love the ocean and warm weather. Making people happy is what I love to do! Putting my customer's needs first is a top priority to me. Come see me! I love meeting new people!

Quality of service has really slipped in the past year. Communication is terrible. Last visit, they kept my car for 2 days, despite it being finished, because the service rep was off work. I tried calling, but no one answered the phone; no voicemail option. Just unacceptable. This trip, I brought car in because computer updates wouldn’t install. I got the car back with all of our profiles and preferences wiped out and updates STILL not installed! Still getting error message telling us to take it in for service. Now I have to take it back again. Such a waste of my time!!!! More

Germain Honda of Dublin has the best team of people who provide the best customer experience of buying a new car. I have bought a few new cars from them . Great experience every time. Stephanie Hausherr works in Sales and leasing there . She strives to make everyone’s experience the best . Jenn Hess is a service advisor here . Jenn goes out of her way also to make sure any oil changes , tire rotations and or service repairs that need done are an easy experience. A shout out also to all the service staff and the body shop staff . Those whose names I do not know but who have assisted me thru the years with regular maintenance , tire repairs and accident repairs done in an easy and timely manner. The Best car dealership in the Dublin and Columbus area ! Thanks! More
