My dealership experience was fine. Had taken both of our Hyundai vehicles in for oil change (two separate occasions). Vehicles were taken in on time and finished in less than an hour. The last 2 times that I was there to get my oil changes and try to get the running board install. Took forever to get something for car. Never called back. Has car towed there just wanted to make sure arrived. Left voicemail, text message and online. They are really awesome.
