I am a Business Manager for Advantage Chevrolet of Bolingbrook. I was born in Chicago but grew up in Hillside and attended Proviso West High School and Triton College. I have a daughter and a son. I got into the auto industry by accident. As an accounting student in college, I went to see my uncle to buy a car. He decided I needed to "learn something", so he got me a "part-time" sales job. I loved it and decided to pursue it as a career! I have been in the business for 13 years and with Advantage since December 2006. I am AFIP Certified (Association of Finance and Insurance Professionals). I assist our guests in all areas involving their auto financing needs, including warranties. My main responsibility is to secure loans for sub-prime individuals and my goal is to help every guest, regardless of their credit history. I have established lasting relationships with several lenders over the years and that enables me lots of opportunities to help you, our guest.

It was time for my mother-in-law to get a new vehicle. We stopped by JIm Galbraith's desk to say Hello, and he connected us with Tom Keane. Tom was great to work with. He was very patient as we discussed several options and took multiple test drives. In the end Tom identified a 2020 Chevrolet Trax that met the equipment and price requirements for my mother-in-law. We next met Khaalis Alexander in the Finance Office, and Khaalis provided a gracious and efficient finance office visit. I was very impressed by how easy this part of the car buying process was.
