I first called Khalil bc my son’s car had to be towed to the dealership and Khalil was helpful original finding a tow truck for us. Once the car was towed to the dealership, I was told the car may be looked the dealership and Khalil was helpful original finding a tow truck for us. Once the car was towed to the dealership, I was told the car may be looked at that day or the day after. I had left several messages for Khalil with no return call. The only call we ever received was to see if we wanted to trade the car in. Really? My husband ended up going to the dealership to see what the status was and we got the run around. To make a long story short, a month later we picked up the car after calling and visiting several times. Then found out the car battery was not even secure inside, Connected to nothing and banging against the inside. We will never go to this dealership for any repairs and definitely not to purchase from ever again. More

Stephon and Harry did an excellent job taking care of us every step of the way. There customer service was exceptional. They had a positive attitude the whole time and engaged conversations with the both o every step of the way. There customer service was exceptional. Based on my recent experience I don’t have plans on returning for routine maintenance. I came in at 8:42 for a 9am appt.- oil change and state inspection. At 10:35 I was advised that I needed wipers an returning for routine maintenance. I came in at 8:42 for a 9am appt.- oil change and state inspection. At 10:35 I was advised that I needed wipers and the plate lights needed to be replaced. I agreed immediately to have the work done. At 1:15 after everyone that came in at the same time as me and those who came after left I went to inquire about my car, and was given excuses and was told my advisor left and didn’t communicate to anyone. I was frustrated and instructed them to give my car. I get the paperwork, paid the bill, but my keys were missing. The gentleman that stepped in to help found my keys and was really trying but at that point I was utterly disgusted. I shared a few words with the sweet customer retention manger- her name escapes me at the moment. I’ve had quite a few bad experiences with the service department, but tried to give grace and not provide negative feedback, well that has definitely come back to teach me a lesson. I’ve been driving a Nissan product since 2002. Altima, Infiniti and Murano, so Im loyal to the brand but the service department is very lackluster More

The service on my Frontier was good and performed on time. Service staff kept me informed. I was not happy to hear that a wheel bolt was broken and two lug nuts were missing. The only prior service I time. Service staff kept me informed. I was not happy to hear that a wheel bolt was broken and two lug nuts were missing. The only prior service I've had on the truck was new tires purchased and mounted at Nissan Richmond. Don't know what happened but I guess that means I need to check all work going forward. More
