I always have a great experience with KHRISTIAN. Pricing could be better though. But I've had a great experience with Wayne Akers Ford thus far. Service reps at Wayne Akers are not very personable nor do ai feel they have any appreciation for customer service. 1. Personnel rarely pick up main phone number to make spots. AI Pam says she'll leave a m do ai feel they have any appreciation for customer service. 1. Personnel rarely pick up main phone number to make spots. AI Pam says she'll leave a message for someone to call back. They do not call back. 2. They assign different service people to different problems. So if you want them to check out 3 different issues, they are going to charge you $210 per diagnosis if you do not want to complete the repair. I get 1 hour of labor, but assigning 3 techs to get $630 seems like a money grab. 3. Their hourly rate is higher than other dealers in area. 4. I was getting a replacement engine under warranty. KHRISTIAN told me that my main belt was wearing and should be replaced. I asked if I could buy a new one to be installed in place of the old one. He said he had to charge me extra for labor. But the labor was already included in warranty work. Again, a money grab 5. Spoke with service director (Lenny?) after repair. He said I should have escalated issue 4 to him and he would have installed the part as part of the warranty. But it's too late at that point. I told him that was the job of his service tech. No one is making any effort here to accommodate me More
