I brought my work van in to get fixed and after paying for a new fuel pump I am still having the same problem with the vehicle, the problem being that it WILL NOT STAY ON. After having left the van with F for a new fuel pump I am still having the same problem with the vehicle, the problem being that it WILL NOT STAY ON. After having left the van with Ford for 2 months the fix my vehicle I had to bring it out because I saw that my vehicle was not their priority and I could not afford to leave it another month. More

Horrible experience I paid to have my truck diagnosed, and they gave me a paperback that read exactly what I told him was wrong with it with no actual diagnosis of what the problem truly was. It took thr and they gave me a paperback that read exactly what I told him was wrong with it with no actual diagnosis of what the problem truly was. It took three days or more for them to tell me exactly what I told them. I took it to another dealer they reprogrammed a TCM like I told your service manager was needed it was done in one day and it fixed the problem. I would not recommend wayne acres ford to my worst enemy. . More

First time there. I traveled 35 minutes from home to go to Wayne Ackers. Kristian was amazing with me, they got to the root of problems and fixed them. He was very kin I traveled 35 minutes from home to go to Wayne Ackers. Kristian was amazing with me, they got to the root of problems and fixed them. He was very kind to me. Helped me. Also, the woman who rented me a loaner was also amazing. Don’t remember her name but she also was kind and patient. So far seems mechanics did great job. It was very expensive but I think it will last a long time to come. My Dad passed away and left it to me. It is a Lincoln 2014 which he took excellent care of and only has 30,000 miles on it. So I want to keep it as long as I can and now think it will last me for quite a while which I know will make my Dad happy! More

Khristian and Megan were both great and worked hard. Took over three weeks to get car back though even though it was clear the initial service confirmed by ford warranty wasn’t going to work and ended u Took over three weeks to get car back though even though it was clear the initial service confirmed by ford warranty wasn’t going to work and ended up not able to reverse. Spent over $400 on courtesy car coverage as I have to drive for work. Car now doesn’t have a horn now the transmission is working. God help you if you have a ford fusion with transmission issue More
