I was in a panic over the Memorial Day weekend when my car caught fire. So I had it towed to Wayne Akers against my better judgment. In the past, they did all my service and the service manager had sent m car caught fire. So I had it towed to Wayne Akers against my better judgment. In the past, they did all my service and the service manager had sent me an email with a free oil change due to a mistake on their part. I brought the car in for service and they wouldn’t honor the free service since “another dealership now owned it”. I vowed to never go back, but here I was. They quoted me an almost $6000 to fix a car worth about $5300 in working condition. Currently my new mechanic (local, honest) can’t even figure out why they were telling me certain things needed to be replaced. Never again! More
