Went in with the intent to get a used car but didn't really know what I wanted. Sam G. was very helpful, he pulled the inital car I wanted to drive and then two more cars for me. I felt absolutely no pressure to go with something newer or more expensive at any time. I am used to their no pressure service dept and really enjoyed the no pressure sales side, too.
