Service is Fine, Sales Department way too agressive! Your service department is fine. Your sales department is over the top aggressive. It was the last day of the month and although we agreed to meet wi Your service department is fine. Your sales department is over the top aggressive. It was the last day of the month and although we agreed to meet with "Kiki", salesperson who had sold us our car, we received calls from two other sales people while we were there with Kiki. She wanted to show us the new Highlander while we were at Daytona Toyota on a service call. When we purchased from Daytona Toyota, we said we would never buy another car there. On the day we bought, we were there for several hours, while meeting with the financial person, he announced that after all that had led up to that point, the figures we had been given were not for the car we wanted. Also, we wanted to pay cash and through all this red tape, we had to finance for one or two payments before we could pay off the car. We felt that we had been "screwed". We will not buy there again. As we said, the service department was fine although they could do a courtesy wash after servicing. More

Ms. Ikram has been the most fabulous sales person that I have had the opportunity to prosper with a smile. The love, passion, listening skills, patience and understanding she has for her job and future sales makes her skills in depth and in tune with her customers. Myself and my fiance' purchased top of the line Tacoma and Prius on January 6th 2020. Ms. Kiki ,Ikram has earned my customer service by delivering on promises and following up on my 20 million questions that I had. Ms. Ikram has sold my son, my church peeps and co-workers a new/used vehicles. Dean and Mark in parts and service attended to every whim I had. Kiki's Manager kept me on my toes to keep me happy. The financial peeps kept me in tune with my own finances and did not break my bank. If I hit the lottery today, i would be back in a hot second to purchase more Toyota vehicles from Ms. Ikhram B. Karen in service is my new go to gal. . More

Came for oil change. While waiting approached by very aggressive salesperson who became abusive. Then called by Svc dept. was told my car with 14,500 mi needed alignment and balancing and fuel systems s aggressive salesperson who became abusive.
