She took him to two vehicle , got the keys, took him out and explained the difference in the vehicles. She was very informative about the vehicles and was able to answer his questions. Very knowledgeable of the mechanics of vehicles, did not YES me to get the sale, she outright would say "Girl, theres no way you can get the 1964 tundra you came with in mind. BUT!" and wouldnt try to upsell a more expensive, or bottom barrel accommodation. She honestly did her best each time i came into Daytona Toyota, which is what will continue to bring my sales to her when i need a new vehicle or upgrades. ILOVEIKRAM@DAYTONATOYOTA~~!! also!
