Very knowledgeable of the mechanics of vehicles, did not YES me to get the sale, she outright would say "Girl, theres no way you can get the 1964 tundra you came with in mind. BUT!" and wouldnt try to upsell a more expensive, or bottom barrel accommodation. USAA car sales provided my contact information to Adam Bullock and he courteously called me. He was kind and attentive. Adam is not the stereotypical car sales man. Instead of trying to push me to buy a car that I was not looking for, he went the extra mile to find the vehicle I was looking for. The dealer did not have the Highlander Hybrid in stock, but they were able to special order it and have it in less than 3 business days. Adam is fully capable of meeting new situations head-on and applying himself in a highly resourceful manner to meet the needs of his clients. In addition, he is always available to answer any questions the customer might have. Adam is a superstar and he has a bright future. Promote him now to sales management!!!!!!
