Kim, my Sales Asso Shopping for a car is generally not thought of as something people look forward. But my experience here are Bourne's was awesome. Kim, my Sales Associate, was very pleasant to deal with. There was no pressure sales tactics and she was very friendly. After working with Kim, George explained the Warranty options in a very honest and straightforward way. Once again, no sales tactics, just the right information for me to make an informed decision. He was patient and efficient. It was a very pleasant experience....the best I've ever had in car shopping. More
