I had just gotten into a car accident and my car was a complete loss. I had a 2010 Ford Taurus Limited and I couldn’t find the same car in my price range. I came to the south shore to look at 2 Ford Taurus’s, I came to Bourne’s Auto Center to look at the first one and I was honest and told Kim I was looking at another car at another place and she ran the car fax for me for the other car and found out there was 2 previous owners and a accident on it.(which I totally appreciated that) She just went above and beyond to help me! I came in very upset about my car and when I left I was very satisfied at how I was treated by Kim and I had a car that I love! Kim should be recognized for her compassion, understanding and how very helpful she is. Thanks again. And because of her I will tell everyone about where I purchased my car! Then on top of that you guys give to charities, a definit plus! More

She answered all my questions which were alot and gave me everything i needed to narrow it down to the one car I wanted. Went in on my day off at 1pm. Was helped by Kim who made everything so easy got to test drive without anyone which was really awesome. Fell in love with my car. Went in to financing to purchase and Carlos was great! Was out of there in my new car by 3:30 and even got to leave my rental there for pickup from enterprise. Loved the no haggle part cause what's to haggle the prices were the best around. I researched cars for 2 weeks as well. I recommend this place to everyone I talk to. You guys rule!!! More

So EASY!! My experience was so easy!’I had already used Capital zone Auto navigator to pick out a couple of cars and all of them were at the same dealer. When ‘I walked in ‘Iwas greeted promptly and was sitting with Kim about 5 minutes later. We discussed my cars and and I test drove them all. After picking out the one I want ‘I only had to wait a little while before talking to someone in fiance. Matt ended up finding me a Better rate with no money down and an easier payment plan! ‘I was in and out of there in about 3 hours and picked up my car the next day! ‘I would HIGHLY recommend Bourne’s to anyone! More
