Such a great experience! Twice! Trevon was great and so was Shaun who helped me on the finance side - this was my second trip as my boyfriend bought his car here a few months ago fro Trevon was great and so was Shaun who helped me on the finance side - this was my second trip as my boyfriend bought his car here a few months ago from Kim- we came back because the service is just great and it doesn’t feel like you’re being harassed by the vultures that are typically car salesmen- this place is all about the customer and making sure you get what you want and not pushing you towards a sale or something bigger and “better”- they aren’t commission based so they’re bottom line is just making sure you are happy. And I am! It was no fuss, no sales pitches, no back and forth - just great service, quick turn around and driving away in the car I wanted! More

I love my Ford Explorer from Bourne's Auto Center! I found the 2016 brown Ford Explorer on Car Gurus and it linked me right to Bourne's Auto Center. I called before I made the one hour trip to see the I found the 2016 brown Ford Explorer on Car Gurus and it linked me right to Bourne's Auto Center. I called before I made the one hour trip to see the car to be sure it was still available. I got sent right to Kim Bailey in Sales. She was so friendly and helpful in answering all my questions and I set up to go see the car the next day. I arrived to Bourne's Auto Center and Kim had the car ready for me to look at and drive. Unlike other dealerships, my son and I were able to go on a test drive without the salesperson sitting in the backseat and that made me so relaxed. I was able to put a small refundable deposit down to hold the car until my husband was able to come see it two days later. We went back, he also loved the car and we filled out the paperwork that day and started the buying process. They gave me a very fair amount on my trade in and it only took one more visit for me to get my 'new to me' Ford Explorer. Bourne's processed all the insurance paperwork and registration so I was ready to go in a matter of minutes. There was no pressure to buy a car at Bourne's and that made it very appealing. I would definitely recommend Bourne's Auto Center to anyone looking to buy a car! More

I loved that I was able to take out the car for a test drive by myself so I could really experience how driving it would really be like. I liked that I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything and they were accommodating by allowing me to put money down to hold the car so that I could make up my mind without the risk of losing any money in the process. The location is great if you want to test on the highway or even backroads and the dealership processes all the paperwork and registration so that you can pick up your new car and go! More
