I specifically mentioned 2 items. After waiting 1.5 hours, she came back and said service needs to order a switch. I told her 5 days prior, the window switch is broken on the Passenge After waiting 1.5 hours, she came back and said service needs to order a switch. I told her 5 days prior, the window switch is broken on the Passenger side, still I needed to wait. The other item was the radio. U-Box connect error pops-up constantly. I called her a day before to inform her, yet when I pulled out the dealership, that wasn't working. I tried to call minutes later, voicemail message. I can home and mentioned that, I needed to come back in a week. I was pumping fuel Friday and noticed my Sharkfin cover to my antenna is missing. I called Spitzer and was told it is okay to drive around with no problem. I have a Monthly Car Wash plan that I cannot use, per Spitzer. Very inconvenient to drive, constantly pushing the radio screen. Kim did inform me that the repair cost is a $100.00 deductible, but since I said something, that might be waived. More

I brought my vehicle in in late September October 10th, the vehicle was supposedly fixed. I picked up vehicle immediately after pulling out of the lot had to return to the lot. Because the truck was not fi the vehicle was supposedly fixed. I picked up vehicle immediately after pulling out of the lot had to return to the lot. Because the truck was not fixed. I don't know how this slipped through the mechanic. The guy in charge at the time told me how the mechanics suck there.And things always were returned, 2 weeks goes by.I call to see what's going on.I can't get through to anybody another week goes by so I finally decide to come in person. The guy's supposed to leave got fired or quit who was in charge of my truck. Nobody knew the truck was there to be looked at again. Now it's November 11th and I still have no word on my truck. The customer service here sucks the mechanics.Obviously don't know what the xxxx they're doing.I would not recommend this and they haven't even tried to make anything bright in this situation More
