Interested in an SUV, I went to the dealership to test drive the Pathfiner and Sales Representative Lee Mahoney helped me with the test drive. I decided to drive the Armada and he was happy to assist. I decided I wanted the used Armada I test drove, so I text Lee the next day. As Lee was off, he directed me by to his colleague, Carlos Stahl. We set up an appointment for 10:30, but sadly, the used SUV I was interested in had sold the night before... However, Carlos had a new Armada available for my husband and I to look at and test drive. With the special discount they were offering for new Armada's, I wrote an offer to the Sales Manager, David Greenly. He noted I still owned the Maxima and authorized an additional $1,500 loyalty discount. While we waited we watched videos on the awesome safety features the Armada has. Next we met with Kim Gruwell, Finance Department who worked us through the contract paperwork and we were on our way with an amazing Armada. After discussing the large purchase with our Financial Advisor, he recommended financing the car at the excellent Nissan rate of 2.90 percent rather than paying cash. When I reached out to the Dealership the following business day, Hesam Ghaffari, Finance Department swiftly redid the contract. I just cannot explain what a hassle-free and very pleasant experience my husband and I had. The support staff that answer the phones were friendly and helpful. Christina who set up the appointment to have the Resistall coat install was also excellent and professional. I will even get lifetime free car washes!
