Thanks for this feedback. We apologize that your time expectations weren't properly managed. Your check in time is set aside for you to speak to your service advisor to set a game plan for your vehicle while it's in our care. From there your vehicle waits for the next appropriate service technician. Because we do respect your time, we have multiple options for drop off as well as a private nook to work or to conduct personal business. We also have a complimentary shuttle service. We are always looking to improve and truly hope our efforts to improve are evident in future visits.
