As far as everything else, I never received any paperwork after the sale and it is taking awhile for my title to come in. I just bought another car for one of my other sons and the title came right away and they gave me all of my paperwork the day I bought the car. Not sure why I didn't receive anything besides a pink copy that shows s barely readable summary of the transaction. Also, took my other son's Camaro to the service department, which I made an appointment for. Needed an oil change, spark plugs changed coolant flushed etc and me and my sons stood there for like 20 minutes. There was a bunch of employees in a room sitting around having what looked like a little meeting and there were several advisors standing around not helping anyone. Then I when I asked if I could leave I was told JUST for an oil change it typically, routinely takes them 90 to 120 minutes. That is absolutely insane. Thank god I left. What is the point of making an appointment? None at this place. Went to take 5 oil change, spent about $500 bucks and they did everything in 15 minutes. More
