The only thing I would change is to have them slow down. They tried to check me in and get me out of there as quickly as possible without communicating the process. I am normally a very patient person, I have a ride to Jim Butler Chevrolet at 9:30 AM for a 10 AM appointment for an oil change and omissions test. I made an appointment at least a week ahead of time and Jim Butler Chevrolet at 9:30 AM for a 10 AM appointment for an oil change and omissions test. I made an appointment at least a week ahead of time and ordered special oil and filter for my Maserati Levante 2022. I specifically asked if they were sure they could change the oil in this car and get that special oil and filter and they said yes no problem they would have it here when I got here. I didn’t leave the dealership till almost 5 PM. The oil and filter were not there when I arrived, then, once they started with the oil for hours into my appointment, they didn’t have the correct gasket which caused another delay. If it weren’t for Kim in Service, who was an absolute doll actually got me a nail appointment while I waited , since I was going to miss mine that I made at another salon. Even when I got back from the nail salon, I had to wait another hour. I was at your dealership 7 1/2 hours which is way too long will it could’ve been avoided. Like I said, you should pack him on the back for keeping me nice and calm. I should also give a shout out to Brian, who chauffeured me back-and-forth from the nail salon. He was very attentive, and very kind to do so. More
