Stopped in to get a battery replacement for a key fob and a nitro fill in all four tires. After two hours of waiting had to let about 20psi out of the tires to get them to the right poundage before I could l a nitro fill in all four tires. After two hours of waiting had to let about 20psi out of the tires to get them to the right poundage before I could leave due to being overinflated by the tech. Don’t believe it should take two hours and if it does then you should not have to worry about what work is done and if it’s done correctly. More

I had an appt at 11AM. My car went in right away for an oil change/tire rotation and emissions. I walked out 2 1/2 hours later. This did not make me happy. I could have gotten it done cheaper at Midas or Ziffy Lube, I know because I Goggled it while I waited in your lobby. They said it was due to the price of oil but other companies aren't charging that much, $100.00+. I will be taking my car elsewhere next time for this type of service. More

I brought my 2023 Traverse in for routine maintenance. At checkout, I was charged twice. I was reassured only one charge would go through but when I checked my bank account, both were drafted. When I called the dealership, I was told the matter would be looked into and I would receive a call back. I never received the call back. A few days after my oil change and engine maintenance, my car gave a warning signal that it had low engine oil pressure and the engine needed to be shut down immediately. I returned to the dealership and was told a bad oil filter was used. The dealership did not have any rental cars. I paid for an extended warranty when I purchased my new vehicle that would provide a rental car to ensure I would never be without a car, so not receiving one put me in a bind while they diagnosed and fixed the problem. The entire experience was unpleasant and frustrating to say the least. More

This dealership was huge and clean. I waited for my vehicle while it received its first oil change. The waiting area was also very large and clean. The only thing that frustrate me was that I was 15 minutes early for my appointment and waited 2 hours for an oil change. i think the wait was just too long. More

Got my vehicle in on time, and got it back out in a reasonable amount of time for the work that had to be performed. I like taking it to Jim Butler because they have a comfortable area for waiting, and reasonable amount of time for the work that had to be performed. Was a bit surprised to find out at the cashier's counter that they were taking on the merchant services fee for credit card payments, and didn't have cash or a debit card on me. More
