Excellent Dealership This is one of the greatest Ford dealerships my family and I have experienced. I was recently in the market for a 2015 Ford Mustang and after checking This is one of the greatest Ford dealerships my family and I have experienced. I was recently in the market for a 2015 Ford Mustang and after checking other various Ford dealerships within a 200 mile radius, not one of them could beat the price that Kisselback was offering me. I communicated with other dealerships leading up to Kisselback regarding my inquiries and didn't get a response that I felt satisfied with. We drove 1 hour and 50 minutes from our home just to do business with Kisselback. I had the wonderful pleasure of working with Vickie Albertson and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. She continuously kept me updated with information and responded with my questions quickly. Also to mention, Vickie had a positive and upbeat attitude that one would favor greatly. I got a strong sense that they were appreciative of my business and inquiry. My mother and I arrived on the dealership to pick the car up that they specially ordered for me as it was a "locate vehicle" and they solved all problems when it came to the financing as my bank was slacking. The finance manager, Mike Lesch, was on top of things and keep the pace moving. We also appreciated the fact that Vickie took the time and went over the Mustang's features that I purchased and had a hands-on experience with the car before I drove off the lot. I plan on doing more business with Kisselback Ford in the future and would refer my friends and family members to this dealership. Best Salesperson Rodney Cruz is an excellent sales person. He was wonderful during our test drive (I like for a test ride to be quite so I can hear how the car sounds Rodney Cruz is an excellent sales person. Sincere, helpful and friendly. Then when I was disappoint in a detail Rodney went above and beyond. Coming to get my car and having no one to do the detail he did it himself and it looked a 100 times better than the detailers did and returned it to me for inspection. I have been a fan of Kisselback Ford since it began - but now..... I think it is the best dealership in the world. Staff is so incredibly wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in all ways you could imagine. Thank you Rodney for making the purchase of my first new car even more special. He was very friendly and helped me out. I then went into the main dealership where upon walking up to the door I was greeted with a Big smile and a warm "Hello, how are you today?" by Debbie. I then got the pleasure to work with Kim Hilley and she made my whole experience a dream. I was able to get the car I always wanted with her and Kisselback Fords help. My daughter was in the market for her first new car back in October. We did some research and decided to go in to a few places. We went to Kisselback second and never went anywhere else! In all my years I h in October. We did some research and decided to go in to a few places. We went to Kisselback second and never went anywhere else! In all my years I have never had a more pleasurable experience in purchasing a new or used vehicle. David Macera and Kim Hilley were terrific! My husband and I decided to look for a new car monday and I called Kim and she got right on it. Again, the experience went a smooth as before even though we had a bit of a hiccup with our credit. Not once did she or anyone make us feel uncomfortable about anything. She was able to work with my trade and get our payments to where we were comfortable. Never in a million years have I had such terrific service at a dealership and never have I left actually content with my purchase. I will highly recommend Kisselback and Kim and David in a heartbeat! More

I had went to this dealership a few months back when it was pouring rain out. Tammy came out and spoke with my husband,son and I. I let her know that I would be looking for a new car toward the end of the was pouring rain out. Tammy came out and spoke with my husband,son and I. Tammy called me out of the blue on tuesday and i called her back the next day. I had decided to trade my car in for something better. Tammy and Kim were able to put me in a brand new ford focus. I am extremely pleased with my new car and the excellent customer service I received. Tammy even ran us up to mcdonalds so i could feed my hungry teenagers during the process. Tammy went far above the realm of customer service and in my eyes did an outstanding job. I will be recommending her to everyone i meet that is looking for a new car. the staff at kisselback was very friendly and made our time at the dealership very pleasurable. Special thanks to Kim also who worked hard to get me into the new car. I am so very pleased with the service I received. I came back to Kisselback simply because when Tammy came out in the rain that day I knew I would get excellent service through her. We had walked 3 other lots that day and no one had bothered coming out from their dry office. More
