This is my second round with Corwin Toyota. I was a previous owner of a 2020 Toyota Tacoma. An unfortunate accident with a reckless driver left me injured and my truck totaled. I new I would I was a previous owner of a 2020 Toyota Tacoma. An unfortunate accident with a reckless driver left me injured and my truck totaled. I new I would need to look for a new vehicle, and had know doubt where I was going and what I was getting. Through the friendly, patient, and knowledgeable assistance of "Big Jim," salesman at Corwin Toyota, I was able to ease back into my new 2025 Toyota Tacoma lease! Thank you! More

Absolutely unimpressed with the service here. Have been to the dealer twice to fix a we owe you and still have to go back a third time. One person can approve them, I was told he was in a meeting Have been to the dealer twice to fix a we owe you and still have to go back a third time. One person can approve them, I was told he was in a meeting and wouldn’t come out to approve while I was there. Didn’t ever send me the paperwork for the vehicle until I requested it a third time. Disappointed with this being a “Toyota” dealership. Even the manager over service complained to me about their sales department. More

Horrible buying experience - took nearly 4 hours after finalizing a cash deal to get thru Finance to sign papers and write a check. Vehicle delivery still wasn't completed and rushed cleaning, discovered finalizing a cash deal to get thru Finance to sign papers and write a check. Vehicle delivery still wasn't completed and rushed cleaning, discovered interior not cleaned or vacuumed. Follow up emails and texts to Used Car management were sent with no responses and had to get the Customer Relations Manager involved to attempt to get any resolution. I have purchased vehicles from this Toyota dealership for over 40 years but will seriously question future dealing with this poor management situation. Adding to the initial review after numerous other issues regarding being overcharged were uncovered after nearly a month. I was overcharged for the title fee which was discovered by the dealership and a check sent. After reviewing my credit card statement I discovered the $1,000 deposit that I was told wouldn't be charged because this was a cash deal was charged to my credit card and I only found out a month later when my statement was received. I had asked the Finance person numerous times if the $1,000 deposit was charged to my credit card I was told no when my paperwork was signed for this cash deal. Again, I had to contact Customer Relations Manager to get the deposit and interest reimbursed to me. A month later my sale and issues have been resolved! I am trying to figure out how so many issues could have occurred in 1 simple sale, a cash transaction no less. More

Kim Hong was absolutely fantastic, she helped me on Troy's day off. If she was unaware of the answer to a question, she found the answer right away. On my first visit Troy was welcoming and helpful. What a wonderful experience I had buying my car with Kim Hong at Corwin! I never felt any sort of pressure, and she went out of her way to make sure I was happy with my experience. She even noticed a few ha Hong at Corwin! I never felt any sort of pressure, and she went out of her way to make sure I was happy with my experience. She even noticed a few hail dents that I didn't know about and had them fixed! JR made sure that the hail was repaired. Finance always takes the longest, and again, felt completely at ease and not pressured. Ryan made it as simple as he could. I highly recommend Corwin for your next car purchase. More
