Our Accord Hybrid had a steering issue come up within the first 3,000 miles. We've had horrible luck with our vehicles lately, and unfortunately some bad dealer experiences trying to get those issues resolv first 3,000 miles. We've had horrible luck with our vehicles lately, and unfortunately some bad dealer experiences trying to get those issues resolved, so I came into the service department skeptical of how things were about to go with our latest new car with an issue (which, quite frankly, I'm over at this point). However, my skepticism was quicky turned into relief because Kim took great care of us as soon as we walked through the door! She confirmed the issue we were experiencing is a known one, and our car was likely a victim of it. Our car was quickly diagnosed and the concern noted, the parts were immediately ordered, and the car was back to us the next day. We were even able to get a loaner so my wife could still get to work and back. More

Arrived at 10am for 1. 5hr repair. Received loaner and attempted to contact service advisor (both text and voice call) around 4 hours latter and did not receive response. 5hr repair. Received loaner and attempted to contact service advisor (both text and voice call) around 4 hours latter and did not receive response. Returned to dealership and was told at 4.75 hrs after appointment time that the mechanic and not started to work on my car. Left dealership and returned to my home. Was contacted the next day (24.2hrs after appointment for 1.5hr repair) that the car was ready and they would be delivering it to my house. Car delivered 2 hrs later, 45 minute drive from the dealership. Dealership service needs assistance in accurately scheduling and effectively managing their resources. More
