Hi, my name is Kim Rafferty and I have been working in the service field for 30 years. I have studied Diesel Mechanics as a vocational in high school and received journeyman certificate with 3000 hours completed, and have been working for car dealerships in the service field my entire career. Haasz Auto Family has been a great place to work and I have now been here since September 1st, 2014. I am so glad I decided work for Haasz Auto family and the Chrysler brand, also want you to know that I will make sure you have a great experience and get a fair deal with your repairs. Having already Master Certification through Chrysler, I have also been awarded multiple awards from Ford Motor Co. including Blue Oval Master certified.. When I am not working I enjoy spending time outdoors and performing martial arts. I have achieved a silver medal, a bronze medal for XMA and was awarded a 3rd degree black belt. And also support my Husband in his racing endeavors.

Excellent service, explained everything, very courteous. Went to the original dealership to have my Jeep fixed (GanleyAuroraChrysler Jeep). They quoted me over $3,000 to repair my heater. (2013 Wrangler Went to the original dealership to have my Jeep fixed (GanleyAuroraChrysler Jeep). They quoted me over $3,000 to repair my heater. (2013 Wrangler). Called Haas Auto Mall in Ravenna. They fixed the heater problem for under $600.00. Very pleased with there service, care, true professionalism. I will be going back there again for all my maintenance needs! More

New Jeep Grand Cherokee I just purchased my 4th vehicle in a row from Haasz Automall of Ravenna. It started off when I was in for a routine oil change with my 2017 Jeep Chero I just purchased my 4th vehicle in a row from Haasz Automall of Ravenna. It started off when I was in for a routine oil change with my 2017 Jeep Cherokee with Kim Rafferty and Mike Purk (who always take great care of my cars) when Christine Cosma, who now works for Allstate within the Haasz building saw me and started talking to me about upgrading to a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Christy introduced me to Kyra Sours (since my favorite salesman Brennan Scott was off for the day). Kyra did a great job in showing me a new Jeep Grand Cherokee that had a lot of the options that I like… and Adam Gordon and Andy Huzvar were also very helpful in the process of my test drive. On his return to work Brennan followed up and along with Ryan Choong got me the vehicle I was looking for. Mary Scott got me a great finance rate as she always does and Matthew Young made sure all of my insurance documents were taken care of with Allstate. Once again they all did a great job and work very hard to keep my business. I’ll be back again soon because now 4 of the 6 vehicles in my driveway are Dodge/Jeep and all 6 used to be General Motors. Service Department I have had many issues with my 2017 Jeep Compass, and every time I come into the service department, I always go to my 3 special ladies Kim, Darleen a I have had many issues with my 2017 Jeep Compass, and every time I come into the service department, I always go to my 3 special ladies Kim, Darleen and Christy, those 3 ladies always go above and beyond to make sure I get the best service possible. Lately I have had carpet and cushion problems and with the help of these 3 ladies I’m able to get my cushions and carpet replaced, they go above and beyond to give me the greatest service possible, and because of these ladies, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have even came in just to visit them (only because I live around the corner lol) but when I’m having a roughy day these ladies put a smile on my face and make my day better. These ladies deserve a raise. More
