They found me the exact van in the COLOR I wanted. I was in search of a Dodge Grand Caravan SXT. I only wanted it in the Octane Red. Deur-Speet had one on the lot, but it was traded to another dealer I was in search of a Dodge Grand Caravan SXT. I only wanted it in the Octane Red. Deur-Speet had one on the lot, but it was traded to another dealership before I was able to purchase it. Kim search and found me one with all the extras we wanted! We only had one issue and that is the van came from Chicago, IL and the front of the van was drilled for a front license plate (something Michigan does not require). But we are able to get license plate hole plugs and thanks to Kim we will be able to have them in the exact same color as the van. It was quite a disappointment at first, but I am sure it will look great once the plugs are added. Kim also took the time to show us many of the features in our new van as well as set up our phone so we can make and take calls hands free. Very pleased at this point! More

We live 150 miles from the dealership but the staff was awesome! From Kim in sales, to Jay in the finance department they did everything over the phone. They had our trade in quoted, and new vehicle financed and approved before we ever decided to drive to the dealership. We got to the dealership and test drove the vehicle, then signed all the paperwork and drove our new car home...everything was done the same day!! They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and that we got the same service as someone showing up on their sales room floor!! Hands down, best new car buying experience we've had!!! More
