When I inquired as to how much an extended service contract would be I was quoted several prices, which was ok. When I mentioned that I knew there was generally some space left to negotiate pricing on contracts I was informed by Jay that the most "they could move would be $200". Fair enough, right? After a few more back and forths about the service contract provider, Jay said that he could go down as much as $650 on the service contract. I have no problem with a company making a profit, but I have a problem with someone saying that they can only go so low and then 30 minutes later going down 3 times that amount. This Jay guy is a non-professional. More
