Kim expresses a concern, no matter how small, on my questions and needs. She speaks in terms a non-mechanic can understand. The customer waiting room is clean and comfortable. I was not sure if I should classify this as a service or sales rating...we took our 2012 Escape in for it's 30K mile service, Kim set us up and we went to the customer lounge to relax. We had our free coff sales rating...we took our 2012 Escape in for it's 30K mile service, Kim set us up and we went to the customer lounge to relax. We had our free coffee and treats, watched a little bit of news and decided to take a walk to the new car lot. Dave Mott sold us our 2012 Escape, that was a great experience so we stopped in to say Hello, he took a walk with us and we looked at the new and improved 2013 Escapes. Before we knew it, Dave was writing us up a deal!! We were able to trade in 2 of our "extra" vehicles and got a fair trade in price. Once again Klaben Ford met all of our needs, service and sales, with the professionalism and courtesy. I cannot say enough about Kim Wolfram in service and Dave Mott in sales, of course I would recommend Klaben, I am a repeat customer!! More

Took my 2103 Focus ST in to have a Ford TSB performed and for my 5,000 mile inspection. As always Kim takes very good care of me and is very courteous and kind. I bought a new Mustang GT convertible for my wive and the whole dealer experience was A++. Jeff, our sales guy, did a great job in helping us ordering the perfect vehicle. He was ALWAYS friendly, ALWAYS avai whole dealer experience was A++. Jeff, our sales guy, did a great job in helping us ordering the perfect vehicle. He was ALWAYS friendly, ALWAYS available and didn't leave one question unanswered. Pricing was always very fair. To proof our full satisfaction I ordered another new vehicle (Jeep) for me and had my buddy buy his Flex there as well. Another very important thing to me is the service department. As a car guy I need to trust the people working on my 'toys'. Since I ordered a couple goodies for Mustang and also had a little faux pas with one of the wheels - I already dealt with Klabens service department twice. Both Mike and Kim did an outstanding job. Availability, speed and quality are out of this world! I do recommend Klaben from my heart and will continue to buy and service my vehicles there! Thank you Kim! Thank you Mike! Thank you JT!
