Wish it would've been better this time around! As a previous customer, when I decided to purchase a vehicle I knew I would be returning to David Dodge. I inquired on the Internet about a specific As a previous customer, when I decided to purchase a vehicle I knew I would be returning to David Dodge. I inquired on the Internet about a specific car and received a response back. I came in with pre-approved financing from Capital One that covered the entire purchase price of the car at an interest rate and monthly payment I was comfortable with. I also asked the sales person to check with my credit union as well who financed my last vehicle with David Dodge. However, I was referred to Ally Financing and told that they were offering a lower interest rate. I was also asked to put $1000 down by the salesperson which I did. After settling with Ally, and sitting with finance, I found that Ally DID NOT offer a lower interest rate and monthly payment than Capital One. So when I questioned about the Capital Once offer, I was told that they did not cover the purchase price of the vehicle even after the $1000 down payment. When I asked about my Credit Union, I was told that she did not have access to it. Well what I found was that the $1000 I put down was added to the purchase price of the car instead of deducted. But even with that Capital One would've have covered it. Eventually the interest rate for Ally was lowered by finance but the monthly payment was higher due to the addition of money to the purchase price! After driving home with the vehicle, the brake light started coming on the very next day. I found through my insurance company that there was a recall on the car I purchased! All in all, as a repeat customer, I expected to have a much better experience! I will add that the Service Dept was great when I did have to return for the recall. More

A New Start!! I wasn't completely satisfied with my current vehicle that I purchased last year! I was watching TV and saw the commercial for David Dodge Chrysler Je I wasn't completely satisfied with my current vehicle that I purchased last year! I was watching TV and saw the commercial for David Dodge Chrysler Jeep and decided to go online to research. I sent an email to the online sales team and Kimberly Sereikis responded almost immediately to assist me. We exchanged emails for a few days. Kimberly talked me into completing an online application and …… I received a call from Ken Gray asking me to stop in and check out some of the vehicles they had in stock! Well I stopped in and as soon as I walked in "Hey Marcus" I wondered how did he know it was me!! The experience was SUPERB!!! from start to finish! As we closed rings out, I wanted to get something extra! A pin stipe!! At this point I met Dave Z (awesome guy) He hooked me up! If you're in the market for a vehicle I strongly recommend David Dodge Chrysler Jeep! You won;t be disappointed. More

The Best Chrysler Dealership on the East Coast! To Prospective Customers !! This is the best Dealership I have ever been to!! Seriously, the service department team is incredible! I can't say enou To Prospective Customers !! This is the best Dealership I have ever been to!! Seriously, the service department team is incredible! I can't say enough good things about them but I will try! First off, their service department is open till 9 PM Monday till Friday and Saturdays 9-6 !! No other dealer does that!! They are not just open with a skeleton staff, they actually work on everything till 9pm and till 6pm on Saturday. They win on that alone, however, I can't tell the difference between their service team members - because they all equally treat me great! They take their time in understanding and listening any problem or concern I have and go out of their way to make sure that I am satisfied with the quality of their service. These guys know customer service and there is never a problem! Before I found David Dodge, I broke down on a Friday afternoon in Springfield PA - just 2 blocks away from another Chrysler Dealership - That dealer said they couldn't help me and suggested that I have my car towed home until they could fit me in in about two or three weeks, without a rental - WOW Really? I called around and found David Dodge, and have been going there ever since. Their service writer, Dave Zarzycki, told me to have my car towed there and gave me a rental free of charge on the spot for the duration - while they were waiting to fit me in, and while they were replacing my alternator under warranty waiting for the part- no fuss no problem! They gave me a brand new Chrysler 200 to drive and try out while my 3oo was there for service!! ( I may have to buy one someday! ) They got my car in on Monday to check it out and had it ready by Thursday. Not two weeks!!! They washed it and cleaned it for me for free. Ever since then they have earned my business. I pass three other Chrysler dealerships on the way to David Dodge, and I don't mind a bit! David Dodge always has rental cars available for their customers and I haven't been charged once, no matter what the reason for service! Routine maintenance, late drop off - no problem. They never blow me off and they are courteous and responsive. Their mechanics are all very well trained, knowledgeable and willing to go out on test drives to listen to noises or any complaints you have. Their mechanic Don is great - a master mechanic, with years and years of experience, who really takes the time needed to do a great job. Jared is another great mechanic who listens, pays attention to details, and is great diagnosing road noises, customer complaints and resolving them. No one there ever tries to get you to buy service that is not needed. In fact I was there for routine service and their service writers Dave, Scott, Wayne, Shann, etc.. all work together and try their best to get you the best price for service possible. They are competitive with other dealers and will beat any other dealer's price for service. In fact they have found coupons for me to use online that I was unaware of, saving me tons of money on routine service. The car is great too, nothing ever really wrong but I make sure the fluids are changed regularly, brakes serviced, etc.., at the proper intervals. I love that car and David helps me take great care of it. I mentioned coupons, because David honors all Mopar coupons from the Mopar website without question. Waiting for your car to be ready is also a pleasure - three giant TV Screens - great snacks, refreshments, fresh hot coffee from Wawa, hot chocolate, Wifi, leather couches, outlets for plugging in your laptop, or charging your phone! The sales team is also just as great, friendly and knowledgeable. Their sales team gets an "A" for product knowledge. I spoke to Jason Finley, the used car manager that was willing to give me top dollar for my car on a trade in - not for a while hopefully, but when it is time - I am buying here!! By the way, thank you for the Philly Car Show Tickets! Let's face it - once you buy a car ( at a great deal from their dealership, I might add), the experience that their customers have determine ALL repeat sales, make no mistake. This dealership and all the people that work there form a great team that are driven to have satisfied repeat customers. They bend over backwards to earn your business!! Great experience! !! I inquired about a vehicle and Kimberly responded in timely manner with a price that brought my husband and me from Vineland, NJ to Glen Mills. There was constant communications but not aggressive. I was informed that the vehicle was on an off site lot and would be there when we arrived. Dave Manning and Kimberly Sereikis greeted us at the door. They were very welcoming and friendly. Needless to say our visit ran well past closing and everyone stayed late to accommodate us. It was well worth the hour drive. We will return for our next vehicle. More

Quick and Easy, Just the Way it Should be Done!! Living in New Jersey and knowing what I was looking for I found the 2015 Charger online at David Dodge. So I emailed for the 'internet price' at which Living in New Jersey and knowing what I was looking for I found the 2015 Charger online at David Dodge. So I emailed for the 'internet price' at which time a quick response from Kimberly Sieriekis came through. It was through her emails never saying they could do the deal I wanted but never saying they couldn't that got me to go into the dealership. This was the Monday after the blizzard. I told them who I was (they already knew I was coming, Thank you Kimberly). We told the salesman Bob Wiebe exactly what we were looking for and feeling that what we had to have on the trade to make the deal work was most likely not happening. Well, to my surprise they gave us an awesome deal. Not only did they take care of the trade but gave us a great deal on the charger. We picked the new car up the following day. So, after all was said and done I guess the commercial is right...David Dodge is my car dealer..I just didn't know it. Thanks to David Dodge, Bob Wiebe and most of all to Kimberly for without her emailing the way she did this deal would have never happened. More

Horrible In April 2015 I bought a brand new 2014 white Dodge Challenger. Over the course of nine months I finally broke 3200miles. On Friday, January 8th I bro In April 2015 I bought a brand new 2014 white Dodge Challenger. Over the course of nine months I finally broke 3200miles. On Friday, January 8th I brought it in for the first time for an oil change and service since I was about to break 3000 miles. Everything went smooth. On Thursday, January 14th I made a call to your service department stating that there is a design issue I am unhappy with that I would like resolved… If you are not familiar with the Challenge models I will explain… In order to open the driver’s side or passenger side door the window must go down about one half inch. It than remains there until the door is shut, then rolls back up. When the temperature is below freezing, as it is most mornings now, both doors and windows are frozen. I must force the door open, risking breaking the window. Once the door is open, it will not shut. The window it in the up position, frozen, not allowing me to secure my door. This has happened multiple times causing me to DRIVE TO WORK IN THE MORNINGS HOLDING MY DRIVER’S SIDE DOOR CLOSED. When I open the passenger door I HAVE TO USE A BUNGIE CORD ACROSS THE CAR TO THE DRIVER’S DOOR, WHICH I AM STILL HOLDING SHUT, TO SECURE THE PASSENGER DOOR. It takes anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes for the car to warm up enough that the windows will go down so I can secure my doors. This needs to be fixed immediately. The above was stated to the service department over the phone and in person on the 14th. They seemed to care and wanted to make sure the issue was resolved. I then received a rental and went on my way awaiting a call in the next few days stating the issue has been resolved and I can pick up my vehicle. On Friday, January 15th I received a voice mail from your service department stating that my car was left outside overnight in the freezing temperatures to recreate the issue. Your service department then stated that there was a sheet of ice covering the car, HOWEVER the doors and windows operated properly without any issue. Since I am a full time first responder paramedic who works 16 hour shift 5 to 7 days a week, it took me a few hours to answer the voice mail. When I made contact with your service department, the absolute earliest I could come in was Monday, January 18th at 7:30am. I said I would be there at that date and time and was told my vehicle would be ready to go with no issue… I didn’t get to your service department until 8:00am. Your service representative assured me everything is working as it should without any issue. The receipt I received that had my original compliant written on it, but it also stated that the issue has been resolved. Since I was a half hour late, I expected to pay and by on my way, but my vehicle was not ready… Twenty minutes go by and my vehicle is still not ready... Now I am at risk of being late for work. I was the only customer in the service department… Around 8:30am my vehicle is pulled out front “ready to go.” As I am walking up to my vehicle I notice my driver’s side door is open… I get in my vehicle and the window is frozen in the up position and I am unable to secure my door. I drive right back into the service area with my driver’s side door open. Everyone seemed to disappear and the service representative I was dealing with was now dealing with a customer. She notices me standing there. I am making it known I cannot secure by door by trying to shut it multiple times without success and questioning why she told me everything was fixed when it clearly is not. She then tells me I need to let my car warm up before everything starts working properly and for my door to close… THE SAME PERSON TOLD ME MINUTES AGO EVERYTHING IS WORKING FINE WITHOUT ISSUES, NOW SHE TELLS ME IT NEEDS TO TAKE TIME TO WARM UP BEFORE IT WORKS. THIS IS THE ISSUE I BROUGHT IT IN FOR!!! IT’S ALL WRITTEN DOWN!!! AND IT WAS NOT FIXED AFTER MULTIPLE TIMES YOUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT TOLD ME IT HAS BEEN RESOLVED!!! NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO WAIT TO CLOSE THEIR CAR DOORS BECAUSE IT IS COLD OUT!!! I’VE BEEN AN INFANTRY SERGEANT FOR SIX YEARS, BUT LESS THAN AN HOUR IN YOUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT HAS ME READY TO LOSE MY MIND!!! I got right back in the same rental I just dropped off and left. Once I pick up my Challenger today, I WILL NEVER step foot into David Dodge again. Not only did your company waste my money, but you also wasted my time.
