I am an Internet Sales and Leasing Consultant at Lou Sobh Honda. Prior to going into Sales, I was a Honda Product Specialist. I can effectively explain product performance and benefits, describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase, perform a high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles. I am in charge of giving customers the knowledge to navigate through the technology in their car with ease. I teach customers how to: sync their phone with Bluetooth, make and receive phone calls, use all different audio sources in the car, use their navigation system, change custom settings in the vehicle, and set their seat memory positions. Aside from the technology in the vehicle and if they have any other questions about the new/pre-owned vehicle, I am prepared to answer them. I value customer satisfaction and strive to do what I can to keep our customers happy.

very easy, quick and professional experience. I worked with Miss Carr. She did a great job, was quick to respond. listened to what was important to me. didn't waste my time. We chatted via text, s I worked with Miss Carr. She did a great job, was quick to respond. listened to what was important to me. didn't waste my time. We chatted via text, sized up a deal, then i came in to finalize the deal. she did the work herself, which i appreciated. It always seemed weird to me when buying a car, the manager would come in to the process - this was not that way, it felt much better. Thanks More

Service department I love Hondas! They be ver break. Lou Sobh is one of four Honda dealerships that I've done business with but Lou Sobh Honda is the opitome of great se I love Hondas! They be ver break. Lou Sobh is one of four Honda dealerships that I've done business with but Lou Sobh Honda is the opitome of great service and professionalism. My service advisor is usually Heather Cullen. She is the Cat's Meow! Over the weekend I had a service problem with one of my tires and I contacted Heather, but found her unavailable. I had the pleasure of meeting Bonnie Massengillle and the service manager David Wilke. They were also incredible. I am an insurance adjuster and have seen the very best to the worst. I'm buying my next car from Lou Sobh Honda because of the many pleasant experiences. GREAT JOB LOU SOBH! More
