Once in the dealership, I worked with Thomas who was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and it's features. I had previously visited a few other dealers looking at the Ridgeline and Thomas was the first person I worked with who actually knew about the Ridgeline and didn't seem to be flying by the seat of their pants. Making the deal was painless. We quickly found a price we could agree on and filled out the paperwork. Couldn't have been easier. This experience certainly set a new bar for how a car buying experience should be -- informatitive without pressure to purchase until you're ready. More
