I am an Internet Sales and Leasing Consultant at Lou Sobh Honda. Prior to going into Sales, I was a Honda Product Specialist. I can effectively explain product performance and benefits, describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase, perform a high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles. I am in charge of giving customers the knowledge to navigate through the technology in their car with ease. I teach customers how to: sync their phone with Bluetooth, make and receive phone calls, use all different audio sources in the car, use their navigation system, change custom settings in the vehicle, and set their seat memory positions. Aside from the technology in the vehicle and if they have any other questions about the new/pre-owned vehicle, I am prepared to answer them. I value customer satisfaction and strive to do what I can to keep our customers happy.

HONESTY & INTEGRITY = LOU SOBH HONDA Kim Carr, my Sales Consultant, was a delight to work with; she knows a lot about Hondas, enjoyed the search with me, and found the car of my dreams! Kim Carr, my Sales Consultant, was a delight to work with; she knows a lot about Hondas, enjoyed the search with me, and found the car of my dreams! David Kellam, General Sales Mgr., "worked the numbers" to make sure this car was affordable for me. David Wikle, Service & Parts Director, made sure his mechanics and detail people left no stone unturned when going through all check points of the car before I left the Dealership.....I always have peace of mind knowing I can return to David Wikle if something concerns me. He's fair & will take care of it. (Lou Sobh Honda, managed by Mike Sobh, Vice President & General Mgr., makes sure his customers are taken care of!) The greeting received from the Receptionists at the Front Desk is sincere, and makes me feel welcomed. The Service Receptionists take an interest in their work and get back to me with any questions I have. When you enter Lou Sobh Honda, you will never find Sales People "chomping at the bit" to get to you so that they can make a quick sale! This is the Honesty & Integrity of LOU SOBH HONDA! More
