Besides the known facts that give Subaru cars their great reputation, you will also have a great buying experience. You will not fill any kind of pressure or discomfort in the process, they are very friendly and "patient" with you :), and even if you come all surrounded with an armor ready for a buying battle after a few minutes into it you will realize you don't need it, and that you can relax. I am not going to write too much cause you probably will check more reviews from other customers and come with your own opinion, i will just say that you won't be disappointing when you leave the dealer and most likely be happy with your purchase. I have done my research before and after and I know I got a pretty good deal. PS: They also have a great service department, very polite and knowledgeable, that will keep your car in good shape for as long as you have it (I know people that have been going there for many years and their cars have more than 300 K miles and still run great). Bought my first Subaru Visited Subaru of Jacksonville at the beginning of the year knowing my beloved SAAB was nearing its end. I was immediately greeted by Kimberly and took a couple of test drives. I never felt pressured, and Kimberly answered all my questions with the utmost patience. I ordered an Impreza Sport Premium, detailing all the features I wanted. She answered all financing inquiries as well. I was given an anticipated date of arrival, and the car came early. The car had been detailed when I arrived, and financing went without a hitch. I was out the door quickly and driving my fantastic new car. A terrific experience all around. More
