I was casually looking for a car for months. When I finally did decide to purchase, the staff I dealt with kind and friendly. The number that was put in front of me was what I was expecting and very fair. Kimberly was great during the test drive, and we even just chatted about normal life stuff while waiting for finance to get the paperwork together. Never have I had a car salesperson just "talk." It was nice not to be left alone while waiting for the next step. The car handoff was great. Kim made sure I knew how to operate the key features of the car. I appreciated that as I was driving the new baby home in the dark and didn't want to be messing with buttons on the way home. While I intend of keeping my Subaru Crosstrek for many years, if I do need to car shop again, I'll head back to Subaru of Jacksonville. More
