My first Subaru in 20 years, rather a new car. Then I entered Subaru of Jacksonville, it was different, a relaxed, visibly non stressed sales folks, they let me drive the many models, with a smile, not once did they ask me what kind of payments do you want, the typical annoying sales questions. I visited them for a week just to test drive, not one did they make me feel like I was wasting their time. Like to recognize John V and Kim for their outstanding service during the whole process. I literally purchased and drove off the lot within 2.5 hours, not wasted a whole day in the lifesucking car buying process. This place is family oriented and makes you feel as such. To the owner and management, thank you. More
