We had made our 1st Subaru purchase in Fargo, ND. My wife was heartbroken by the experience as she grew up in the Rockies, and always wanted to be part of the Subaru family. She is a year away from graduatin was heartbroken by the experience as she grew up in the Rockies, and always wanted to be part of the Subaru family. She is a year away from graduating nursing school, and we decided travel nursing is the route we want to take. So, we needed to upgrade our tow capacity. We went back to the Fargo dealership, and were once again deeply disappointed at the treatment, even being return customers. As my wife would say, "the Universe has a way of working magic", and we met Dennis, Kip, and Morries Subaru. It is an understatement to say everyone at Morries completely made the Subaru experience everything my wife always wanted. That experience let us both know that we made the right decision in choosing Subaru. Every moment, from the time we walked through the doors, until we got home, and even through today, was 5 star quality. If my wife could say Thank you in person, she most certainly would. From the bottom of our hearts, Thank you for welcoming us to the Subaru family, and for fixing what the previous dealership did. More

Kip and Michael are the best! Michael hunted down the exact vehicle I wanted, and Kip made the purchase seamless. Kip and the whole team was great; from start to finish, we never felt pressured to look at anything we didn't want to consider. Very helpful and friendly through the whole process. We were a little frustra we never felt pressured to look at anything we didn't want to consider. Very helpful and friendly through the whole process. We were a little frustrated at the amount of paper wasted and time used combing through and reprinting and resigning documents with typos, and still needing to return a week later to resign something else. We understand that mistakes can happen, and that systems change and don't play nice all the time, but it's worth the time to make things correct. Besides those minor inconveniences, we are very happy with our experience and satisfied with our purchase. More
