The initial test drive and the salesman experience was good. I didn't like the experience with the fiance office. I kind of felt like I couldn't leave without buying a extra package. good. My salesperson was Kip. Like most people, I dread the car-buying experience. However, I must say that this was the best experience I've ever had. We had already decided w Like most people, I dread the car-buying experience. However, I must say that this was the best experience I've ever had. We had already decided we wanted a Crosstrek Limited, so that helped with the process. However, Kip coached us through the available packages and accessories in a very professional manner and without pressure. After a walk through the lot we decided which color we liked the best. The actual car that met our requirements was at another dealership, but that was seamlessly moved to Morries and the car was ready as promised. Our experience in the business office was also the best we have ever had. The options were presented to us without pressure, the paperwork was prepared and there were no surprises. I really appreciated that process too. More
