My customer service experience was horrible, and if I had a choice of zero, I would have given that. Kipperlie was rude, and totally unprofessional. Everyone was very nice! Very accommodating. It wasn’t explained to me before hand when I requested a loaner car I couldn’t put my dog in it. I had to drive a long way just t Very accommodating. Kipperlie I hope i spelled that correctly was awesome. I’ve worked with service advisors in the past most recently Patrick Dyer who i really liked but Kipperlie and i am hoping in the future i can request I’ve worked with service advisors in the past most recently Patrick Dyer who i really liked but Kipperlie and i am hoping in the future i can request her. I actually got her 2 days in a row and she greeted us both days with a big smile which made Celeste and i feel welcome. She kept us posted on the status of our vehicles which was great..
