Sales was easy and good I had a good experience with sales. I did most of my bargaining on-line so I had the numbers ready to go before I even test drove the SUV. My only complaint - when I left they had placed vinyl letters on the back window advertising their dealership. I was extremely frustrated that they did not ask first. Who wants vinyl letters all across your NEW vehicles back window advertising Huebner. I was out at work in the parking log scraping off with a razor blade. Someone walked by and asked me what I was doing. They said they would be furious if that happened to them. That is my only complaint - in fact if they were not 2 hours away, I would have driven it back and returned it. I was that angry. That is why I am rating 4 stars instead of 5 More

Changed my views on car buying! I just bought a 2017 Subaru Forester from Kira at Huebner. I have always hated car shopping and dealing with the salespeople, but I am happy to say K I just bought a 2017 Subaru Forester from Kira at Huebner. I have always hated car shopping and dealing with the salespeople, but I am happy to say Kira has changed my opinions! I have never even heard of Huebner prior to my recent purchase. She was so easy to work with as was everyone i met at the dealership. I truly liked the small town "family" feeling! I live in North Canton so this is about a 45 minute trip for me, but well worth it! Will definitely go back! More

From start to finish working with Kira and Luke was so easy and stress free. I had a very specific combination of color and accessories package that I was looking for and they were able to hold one for me that was scheduled for the next delivery. We discussed my trade-in and financing over the phone and via email so that once my Crosstrek was delivered and passed the pre-sale inspection all I had to do was schedule a time to pick it up. Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted happily by every employee I encountered and was able to pretty much sail through the paperwork process since I was a previous Subaru owner, this car being my 3rd since 2010, and because we'd already taken care of most of the details.
